Dining Furniture

Pictured above are a dining table and chairs in mesquite. (I didn't build the chairs in this set, but do build a couple of similar designs). There are two lighted corner cabinets in this room.

Here's a mesquite table with a wicker chairs...a very attractive set.

This is a custom dining table in mahogany. Built around existing chairs and for a specific location, it's a bit narrower and longer than the average table.

This lighted mesquite corner cabinet measures just over 84" tall, and is 35-1/2" wide at the front. It was designed around the antique beveled glass provided by the customer. The bottom is equipped with one solid shelf, and the top with three frame/glass inset shelves. The upper shelves each have a plate groove along both sides.

Mission/Arts & Crafts Furniture

This bow-arm Morris chair is a classic design. Shown in mesquite, it's also beautiful in walnut or the traditional quarter sawn white oak. Joinery is traditional mortise and tenon, and features many through tenons.

These side tables and coffee table are made from quarter sawn white oak. Joinery is traditional mortise and tenon, and features many through tenons. As with all Mission/A&C designs, they look wonderful in mesquite.

Beds

King Mission Mesquite bed and nitestands.

This queen Mission Mesquite bed features curly maple slats and side rails. If you're interested in keeping things more 'Texas', but still want the color contrast, I can use pecan instead of maple with the mesquite.

Beds are available with full side rails as shown, or with a less expensive store-bought frame.

Clocks and Accents

Pictured above is my original 'Curio Clock' design in mesquite. This clock comes with a key-wound mechanical movement that counts the hour and strikes the half-hour on a three rod chime. The shelves are cut to allow the pendulum to pass in front. This clock can also be fitted with a variety of quartz movements.

Mantel clocks are available in mequite, walnut, or cherry. I normally use a double-chime quartz movement that plays your choice of Westminster or Whittington chimes (1/4 hour and count), and comes with volume control and a night silence switch. These clocks can also be fitted with an inexpensive movement that doesn't make any cool sounds. Door is constructed with splined miter corners. The knob is hand-turned, or a brass knob can be substituted . Back is removable for easy access to the controls.

This 14' mesquite conference table in the Mission style is in a San Antonio law office. The hall table below accompanies it.

Another 14' mesquite conference table...this one is 5' wide and is at the American Football Coaches Association offices in Waco.

Entertainment Centers

This custom mesquite entertainment center features pocket doors to hide the TV when not in use, and an 'Alamo' profile on the raised panel doors.

Cabinets

This corner cabinet (shown in walnut) measures 44" high, and 19-1/4" wide at the front. The sides extend out from the corner 16-1/2". Five Adjustable 1/4" glass shelves are great for your favorite collectibles. The pine beadboard planking used for the inside provides contrast, and makes the cabinet appear lighter. Custom sizing is available...Email for pricing.

This custom 'piesafe' is quarter sawn oak with a black dye, lined inside with pine beadboard. The door panels and sides are antique tin.

Another 'piesafe' style cabinet, this one from cherry and cherry veneers. Again, pine beadboard gives the inside a finished look.
